How to Fix Tracking Issues

If adblockers were found, pick your device, browser, or system setup below for simple steps to turn them off:

Desktop Computers (Windows & Mac)
  1. Switch to Google Chrome: Download and use standard Google Chrome for completing offers. Avoid Brave Browser or Safari.
  2. Turn off Extensions: Click the puzzle icon at the top right of Chrome and turn OFF extension blockers like uBlock Origin, AdGuard, or AdBlock Plus.
  3. Check Antivirus Software: Programs like Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, or Avast often include web protection shields that block offerwall popups and postbacks.
Apple Mobile Devices (iPhone & iPad)
  1. Use Chrome: We strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome from the App Store instead of using Safari.
  2. Turn off Cross-Site Tracking: Go to iPhone/iPad Settings > Safari > turn OFF Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Hide IP Address.
  3. Disable Private Relay: If you use iCloud+, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Private Relay and turn it OFF while doing offers.
